Major responsibilities include the planning, development and implementation of ForeSee Health's ExtraCare program. Operational oversight of the program encompasses staff recruitment and training, development and implementation of processes to improve service quality, and maintenance of URAC accreditation.

Katrina brings over 17 years of nursing experience to her position. She began her clinical career as a nurse on a general medicine floor. She broadened her nursing knowledge and experience by working Obstetrics, Cardiac Intensive Care, Cardiac Surgery/Cardiac Transplant Intensive Care, as well as Poison Center. As a Quality and Training Specialist at Express Scripts, she assisted with the development and implementation of Disease Management Programs. Prior to her role at ForeSee, she worked at St. Anthony's Medical Center in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit for 5 years. Katrina received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from St. Louis University.
