Major responsibilities include development,
implementation and operational oversight of ForeSee care
management programs; quality monitoring and improvement; staff
recruitment, training and development; maintenance of URAC
accreditation.
Ms. McComber has over 20 years diverse leadership experience
in corporate health and wellness, occupational health, staffing,
intensive care, private duty, hospice, and home health. Carol
previously served as Nurse Manager of Women’s Health and the
Women’s and Children’s Flex Team at St. John’s Mercy Medical
Center. In this role she was responsible for all aspects of
clinical operations and nursing program development for a 40 bed
inpatient unit, including recruitment, training, and retention
of 105 employees.
